When you’re putting together a team to tackle a difficult problem, you may be tempted to look only for out-of-the-box thinkers who can come up with creative solutions. Although innovative thinkers can help your team, populating your group solely with creative types can be a mistake. Instead, look for a good mix of creative thinkers who can devise unique solutions and practical-mind people who can point out the pros and cons and the less-glamorous aspects of implementation.
